E-Scooter Warranty Policy

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects 
The warranty covers:

  • Motor
  • Battery
  • Controller
  • Display unit
  • Charger
  • Throttle

For warranty claim, please check with your seller. 
 

The following situations will not be covered by the warranty: 

  1. Lack of cleaning or maintenance. 
  2. Malfunctions caused by unauthorized modifications, disassembling, or repair. 
  3. Accidental damage or malfunction due to improper storage. 
  4. Wear and tear due to usage. 
  5. Exterior damages. 
  6. Water damage or malfunction caused by riding on rainy days. 
  7. Consumables (such as brake pads/ calipers, brake disc, tires, brake cable, bearings etc.)
  8. Front and rear LED Light, Cable connectors wiring.
  9. Any logistical cost of returning the product to us for servicing or cost of returning the product to the customer after servicing.
  10. Defects of malfunctions of the product not notified by the customer during the Warranty Period.

We have the final say in evaluating the warranty status.

Daily Basic Maintenance and Safety Precautions

 

IMPORTANT: Before performing any maintenance works on your e-scooter, make sure to POWER OFF the scooter, and DISCONNECT ANY CHARGER!

  •  Dust all exposed parts of your scooter using a soft, smooth, dry microfibre cloth.
  •  Clean with a slightly damped cloth with either a small amount of liquid detergent or glass cleaner.
  •  Wipe the scooter seats with soft disinfectant wipes.
  •  DO NOT get any of the electrical components wet. Gently dust instead.
  •  DO NOT spray water or liquid cleaners directly onto the scooter.
  •  DO NOT use wax, oil or harsh cleaners.
  •  Finish up by wiping the e-scooter gently with a dry cloth until it is completely dry.
  •  Drape a cover over your e-scooter to protect it against dust built-up.
  •  Check tire treads daily for wear and tear. Replace thinning/bald tires.
  •  Check battery voltage. Always remember to re-charge when the battery is low and replace damaged batteries to avoid further damage on the device.
  •  Adjust moveable parts such as steering bar, wheels, seat, levers, etc., to ensure consistent functioning.

PRECAUTIONS:

  •  AVOID riding your scooter on rainy days, and/or if the ground is wet because this may submerge the electric system of your e-scooter, in result may injure you or damage the device.
  •  AVOID charging your scooter unattended for an extended period of time or overnight.
  •  When charging such batteries, place them on hard, flat surfaces to allow optimal dissipation of heat.
  •  DO NOT place the charging battery near combustible materials.
  •  DO NOT charge the scooter immediately after use.
  •  DO NOT tamper, modify or attempt to repair the scooter by yourself

Fiido Throttle Error Code indicator Guide

1. Flash 2 to stop: brake failure.

2. Flash 3 to stop: DC point is abnormal.

3. Quickly flash 4 times to stop: the lower tube is broken down.

4. Quickly stop 5 times: the upper tube is broken down.

5. Flash 6 times to stop: Hall failure.

6. Flash 7 times: the phase line is faulty. 

7. Flash 8 times to stop: under voltage protection.

8. Flash 9 times to stop: stall protection.

9. Flash 10 times to stop: Speed control is faulty.

10. Flash 11 times to stop: Overvoltage protection.

故障指示灯说明

  • 线材说明：星联转把故障指示灯总成，在原有线材的六芯基础上增加一个2位SM端子，现在是八芯线，故障指示灯线材颜色是：故障指示灯（蓝），故障灯负极（灰），直接对插控制器黑白端子即可。
  • 故障指示灯说明。
  1. 快闪2下停一下：刹车故障。
  2. 快闪3下停一下：直流点异常。
  3. 快闪4次停一下：下管击穿。
  4. 快闪5次停一下：上管击穿。
  5. 快闪6次停一下：霍尔故障。
  6. 快闪7次停一下：相线故障。
  7. 快闪8次停一下：欠压保护。
  8. 快闪9次停一下：堵转保护。
  9. 快闪10次停一下：调速把故障。
  10. 快闪11次停一下：过压保护。
  11. 在没有故障的情况下调速运行时松开转把电机滑行时或者刹车时指示灯也会亮一下（充电作假）。
  12. 在没有故障的情况下车子静止时故障指示灯不显示，跟之前的无故障指示灯车型仪表显示有区别，之前仪表是一直有一个小电池标，客户如果问起，可以沟通说我们升级后的是有故障指示灯的，车子没故障静止时不显示，车子滑行时有亮一下，是因为电机滑行会有一个电能回收过程，可以给车子小电流充电。
  13. 区别有故障指示灯车子和没故障指示灯车子：车子静止时小电池标没有即为有故障指示灯车型，车子静止时有小电池标即为无故障指示灯车型。
  • 产线测试说明。
  1. 刹车故障：上电前拧住转把，打开电源，指示灯闪烁两次即为正常。
  2. 调速把故障：上电前拧住转把，打开电源，指示灯闪烁10次即为正常。
  3. 滑行充电：空转调速松转把时车轮滑行时指示灯亮起即为正常。
